The first phase of construction commences in the last quarter of 2011. This phase will include 20 villas of Type -A and Type - B, 80 serviced apartments, 8 mixed-use and residential plots and the Marina Yatch Club. The construction is slated to be completed in and around Q2 and Q3 2013.
